Jeet Aulakh was born in 1971 in Punjab. He grew up with exceptional interest of painting and an intense desire to follow his unknown world of dreams. Although he was a brilliant student but generally found day-dreaming and strayed by his wandering thoughts.
Jeet Aulakh creates meaningful images that have many faces and abundance influence and tremendous energy. He speaks through silence and his paintings can be called the 'Poetry of Silence’, reverberating quietly, transcending the all time philosophy and spiritual ecstasy. His paintings are continuous that deliberate conversations and intense struggle with conscious and sub-conscious self, complimenting the last stroke from his brush, the stroke that transforms captured thoughts into wonderful visual art. His work of art depicts his peculiar power to see beyond the perspective that often turns into abstract and rhyming poetry. His colors remind of those murals in the Ajanta caves, vibrant and captivating yet very natural. He falls under the spell of these fascinating colors and enslaves magnificent thoughts. His paintings create ideas more than expressing them. Aulakh joins hands with the metaphysical poets in his quest to seek solace from forlorn love and creates new realms as an artist with a desire to explore the infinite that miraculously urges him to fathom the deep recesses of the supernatural.
